B2b Email Marketing Biography
As our eChannel Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Bio-Rad's North American Sales Division in maximizing sales through the B2B and B2C channels.   You will be responsible for designing and implementing a business marketing programs that support reagent/consumable attachment to instruments.  In addition, you will develop marketing activities to promote cross selling of products post purchase and “just in time” offers for repeat purchases.

You will establish key performance measurements and reports that will support future business decisions and activities. You will develop and communicate a variety of reports and dashboards for the regional sales teams, for senior management and the marketing teams.

As such the candidate must have the ability to think analytically, create executive-level marketing reports, complete financial projections, present to and evangelize business users in the importance of data-driven decision-making.  Knowledge of Marketing Automation and Revenue Marketing is desired.

This position will report directly to the Division Marketing Manager, within Bio-Rad’s North American Sales Division.

Responsibilities
Develop strategies that support the overall vision for the eBusiness Marketing Program program. This will include purchase and sales analytics and nurture marketing.
Share best practices and provide guidance around audience insight/profiles to offer actionable data and proven strategies on how to improve customer experience and eChannel performance (e.g. repeat purchases, effective promotions, product bundling, etc.)
Interact with a team of regional and global product managers to develop strategies that maximize sales through the B2B/B2C channels.
