Elizabeth Randgaard, Marketing Manager
Elizabeth has over 15 years of experience in marketing communications, market strategy, and technical marketing across a wide variety of industries. She was previously director of marketing at an LED technology company, iLight Technologies, and has worked at a global market research firm, Technomic International, a business language institute in Mexico; Starwave, a Paul-Allen owned company known for its content sites NBA.com, NFL.com, as well as other marketing positions in several high-tech software companies. She has been active on the board of the Chicago American Marketing Association, where she will serve as VP of programming for 2011 - 12.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys photography and outdoor activities, speaks Spanish fluently, and is an avid book reader.

Michael Rezac, Design Director
Michael brings more than 14 years of award-winning creative experience to Chicago Booth, where he leads the creative efforts for its marketing programs in both traditional and digital media. Before joining Chicago Booth, Mike was the creative director at Critical Mass, an interactive marketing firm based out of Calgary, where he built the creative teams for the new Chicago office. Prior to Critical Mass, Michael was the creative director at Wunderman Chicago, where he oversaw all digital creative for Sears.com, Motorola.com, and several brands for both Microsoft and ConAgra Foods. Before Wunderman, Michael worked as a senior art director for Digitas and Arc Worldwide.

Michael enjoys, painting, photography, piano, movies, and Cubs baseball. He lives outside of Chicago with his wife, Sharon, and his two children, Lucas (10) and Anna (7).

Mari Sautter, Senior Marketing Project Manager
Mari joined the marketing team at Chicago Booth in 2010 as the marketing project manager. Prior to this, she worked at the University of Chicago in the Biological Sciences Division as a program coordinator for a nationally funded and internationally recognized research program.

Originally from Michigan, Mari graduated in 2006 with a degree in organization studies from the University of Michigan. When she's not jetting off to visit friends and family across the country or across the pond, she's most likely running
