Ana Amado, Senior Associate Director of Marketing
Prior to joining Chicago Booth, Ana was a multicultural marketing manager at Sears Holdings, overseeing multicultural programs for Sears and Kmart. She is originally from Colombia and has been in the United States for 10 years. Her marketing career started at an investment firm in San Diego, then she moved to Chicago and joined some top Hispanic advertising agencies, developing campaigns for clients such as Allstate, Kraft Foods, and the American Red Cross of Chicago.
She has a bachelor’s degree in international business from EAFIT University in Colombia and is currently pursuing her MBA from DePaul University.
She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, dancing and cooking.
Rita Chen, Marketing Manager
Rita has been with Chicago Booth since 2010 and is responsible for providing strategic consultation, project management, and marketing plan development for Booth’s Office of Alumni Affairs and Development, the PhD Program, and Staff and Faculty Services groups.
Prior to joining Chicago Booth, Rita spent over 14 years in marketing at companies such as Hallmark Cards, 3M, DreamWorks Home Entertainment, and Nestle. In addition, she spent the last year working in the nonprofit sector and started her own consulting company. After spending the last nine years in Los Angeles, she has returned to her native Chicago. Rita holds a bachelor's degree from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.
Outside of work, Rita enjoys travel, photography, music, the outdoors, cooking, and is a self-proclaimed foodie.

Judith joined Chicago Booth in 2012.

Colin joined Chicago Booth in 2010 and is responsible for providing strategic consultation, project management, and marketing plan development for Booth’s recruiter and company audiences.
